These terms govern access to the IMH Group self-distribution platform. Regional contracts and license agreements may apply in addition.

1. Service

The platform provides tools for cataloguing, distributing, licensing, monetizing, and submitting audiovisual works. Availability of channels and features may vary by entity and territory.

2. Accounts

Content providers must register for an account. You are responsible for credentials and for content you upload, including rights clearances.

3. Governing context

Entity, governing law, and venue depend on the contracting IMH Group company (US / DE / TH). See Impressum for addresses.
